NEW YEAR'S PROGRAM
Children will enjoy learning new skills as well when they take Abrakadoodle art classes, acting or French classes with the Wellington Youth Players. Residents who are seeking employment will receive an overview of the services that are available through Workforce Alliance from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM. Businesses in the community looking for employees will receive information from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. The main purpose will be to provide information regarding the ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) or Stimulus funds available in an effort to bolster the economy.
In addition, beginning at 2:30 PM the Mobile Unit from Workforce Alliance that houses 12 computers will be on site to assist job seekers with the enrollment and application process. Pre-registration is encouraged by calling (561) 791-4796.
