Homeownership Opportunities
Funding to purchase and rehabilitate the homes is provided by Palm Beach County through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), a federal grant program aimed to help stabilize areas experiencing difficulties as a result of foreclosures. The $750,000 in NSP funds is expected to fund between 4 to 7 properties for resale to income-qualified families earning 120% or below of area median income (AMI).

Residents, potential residents, friends and family members are invited to attend and learn the facts about the program. Homes will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis to those completing the qualification process.
