2012Csg Systems To Print Utility Bill
Wellington will have a greater degree of versatility with what and how information is displayed on the bill and the ability to easily edit the bill design for future needs. Utility customers will receive more detailed information about their usage, charges, balance, and meter activity, while still receiving specific city information and special event messages. Staff ran a parallel test of the billing system in July and is scheduled to go into live production for the new bill format beginning in September. Please see attached a copy of the announcement that will be inserted with the customer's first bill and describes the new features.
