Wellington Begins Selling Newly Renovated NSP Homes
On Saturday, April 2nd, residents are invited to an informational session at the Wellington Community Center located at 12150 Forest Hill Boulevard. From 10:00 am to 11:00 am, a Lending Specialist will explain the traditional home buying process for first time homebuyers. From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, the topic will be the advantages and application process for purchasing NSP homes. Additional information can be found at www.wellingtonfl.gov.

Wellington will host NSP informational sessions on the first Saturday of every month until the five homes are sold. In addition to these workshops, Wellington will also hold Foreclosure Prevention Workshops at 6:30 pm at the Wellington Community Center on the last Monday of every month beginning on March 28th.
