2012Wellington Hosts Free Tenant Screening and Lease Workshop
This workshop is offered through Wellington’s new Landlord 411 program, encouraging property owners from several multi-family neighborhoods to collaborate to improve the quality of life and neighborhood security for tenants and surrounding residents. The workshop will offer information about the importance of tenant screening; provide details about reading the screening results as well as the advantages of creating a standardized, structured lease agreement ensuring Fair Housing laws and guidelines are being followed. Paul Howard, President of the Florida Landlord Network based in Jacksonville, will deliver the training.
